If i am not outdated, i heard the ministry of health says holiday is not extended. Aww man this sucks.



Personally, i would want the holiday to extend, because it will equate to a 25% chance of the exam dates being postponed.

Though the percentage isn't much , ( because my school sucks, it gives me the impression that it is stubborn/inflexible/retarded ) , it is still a positive percentage and i want more time to cram study notes into my brain.

Looking at the cna website's poll, almost all of the voters ( the last time i saw, it's a whooping 8000 for extension against a measly 100 against extension ).

Well, who likes school anyway?


Okok the "big picture" is the important issue.



Actually i do fear for my life, fear for this 'harmless seasonal flu' which the govt told us there's no need for panic.


No one likes to receive the flu virus from someone, even if it is just a normal flu.

I don't see why the govt wants to not extend the holiday when the danger is apparently there.

I guess the govt saw the imba number of voters who wanted extension in the cna website but thinks it's just because kids don't like school and kids, out of playful sloth, will choose not to go to school if given the choice.


Yeah, i guess the temperature taking exercise in school is enough to counter the flu.

Wait, so, how about people who have difficulty putting oral digital thermometers under their tongue because their tongue will hurt as they can't control their tongue to put the thermometer under it and the tongue grinds against the teeth as a result.
The temperature taken will not be accurate then.




Ok that reason above is nonsense.


Here's a little more pratical one. If they come to the school gate, took their temperature, and realise they have a fever.
Let's assume that student has The Flu.
He then is rejected entry.

But too late. He had spread the flu to his neighbour, to the hawker whom he bought breakfast from, to the bus driver and passengers in the bus he boarded to school, and finally, to the school attendant whose job is to make sure you take temperature.


OMGOMGOMGZOMG.






Nah. I think it's nonsense again.
