If you don't have any general idea what is it about, the girl, Kagamine Rin is part of the Vocaloid series, and she is being portrayed here in this short story.

So, this story is about a lonely professor whose cute daughter had died of sickness. This professor missed her daughter so much that he made a robot modeled after her.
But this robot is without a 'heart' to feel.

Then a long while passed after the professor died, and this robot decided to open some 'Heart' program which the professor had spent much time perfecting but had told the robot not to open it. And after that a miracle happened.
