Lots and lots of stuff happened over these few days that i didn't blog about.
I think this post will be very long, though i forgot most of the things that i originally wanted to blog about, but i think i felt this week is pretty eventful.
So, first the lion dance performance. I guessed wrong. We probably won't need much practise before the real thing on last wednesday. We don't really need to make it perfect, just being decent is enough, because the teachers and staff watching the performance won't really know it if we had made any small mistakes.
During the performance i panicked a bit in the lion while plucking the tangerine cos i'm afraid i cannot peel them and arrange them into a certain chinese character on a plate in time, so i guess i didn't practise peeling the tangerines with my hands enough. But i am inside the lion, so people outside can't see.
After that, the lions actually climbed up the stairs to the general office, and we walked one round in the office. Lol is this supposed to spread good luck to the office?
Apparently, we were given $40 ang bao by the school. Not each of us $40 sadly, it's a single $40 ang bao.
And the vice principal even sent us each a 'thank you' mail on the school network after the performance later that night.
Lol.
It's not really that significant, cos i felt the mail was just some little token of appreciation, though it's 3 paragraphs long.
Anyway, after the lion dance we got out of the lion, cleared up by ourselves the mess we created from lions "puking out" the vegetable and tangerine skin. Erm well, lions are supposed to be carnivores...
And then we are allowed to eat the mini buffet catered for the teachers and staff.
Yay?
Nope. After we ate, we still need to continue training as per normal. Omg i ate a lot and i almost puked halfway through.
Luckily i did not, if not i would resemble the lions... D:
Alright. On to the next day.
On that day i sat with some of the guys in class in the canteen, and i guess we reiterated and reconfirmed the pool of "pretty" girls in school. I put inverted commas because i am not the one who kept pointing them out.
Lol.
Nothing much happened that i can remember now, except we ended the day with PE by running 2.4km on the track. As usual, my stamina isn't dazzling. I completed it in 12:13.
D:
So later that night, there is this funny Service Learning project discussion where we break up into groups to plan what the class might do for Service Learning. (Treat Service Learning as some modified and applied cip project)
It's supposed to start at 9.30pm via msn. But i waited till 10.30pm then i received a group member's reply of my sms to add her msn address.
Well, not that a big deal.
The "bigger" deal is the later part in the discussion. Lol Ernest if you get my previous sentence here...
This girl in the group want to solo plan a proposal.
Good. Seriously. Can save me some effort.
But i guess she was added into the group conversation in a rather bad timing. A group member mentioned that we will look at that girl's proposal then we see if got any improvements or changes to make to it.
Unfortunately, i went about my usual routine of unintended sarcasm and questioned in the convo if, given my interpretation of that girl's character (might not be accurate) , would she accept any editions from us, especially without stiring up some stuff? And right after i pressed "enter" , i realised that girl is being added into the convo already...
D:
WTF LOL nice timing.
Shucks. Luck not on my side. Oh yeah this year the people of the monkey year will "Fan Tai Sui" according to chinese tradition if i am not wrong.
Not that i live to please people, but, i sorta want to protect my reputation (if there is any) and avoid trouble, again because of her character (according to what i had seen, heard and know).
But it also indirectly shows my displeasure and discontent, so in a way there can still be something to salvage from this situation.
And yes, i am mean. You can call me Mean.
Oh and fyi, that girl left a few moments after i typed my unintended sarcasm and the random shits i typed in realisation following after i realised she was added into the convo.
I am not really some gentleman, so i won't hesitate.
Which reminds me of some troubling event that my friend told me about his friend. Apparently his friend was confronted by a famous ah lian (who is collectively labeled with a damn funny pun on her name), and that famous ah lian shouted out some disturbing words in the canteen in front of a lot of people.
And then she took a cup and splashed water at him.
Wtf.
But my friend told me his friend is a gentleman, so he did not bother to do something back to that famous ah lian.
Wow i am really impressed by his friend. With such a face and attitude calling out to people to jam some strangely-shaped stuff into every single cavities of her, it would really be hard not to take any revenge on that famous ah lian after what she did to him.
But of course there is law in every civilised society, so it would really be hard to show her the biological differences that nature has shaped, if i were in his shoes. And also here when i am typing in this blog it would be damn easy to hide behind the computer screen like a coward and type out all the permutations of things i can do for revenge that i am thinking my mind.
In addition to that, from what i heard also from my friend, the operations manager of the school present in the scene did not do much to stop her from pussying around when this incident occurred.
It's a wonder how can that famous ah lian stay in school and get promoted to jc2 while some other guy who only just used his strength to vandalise the school turnstile by twisting some bars got kicked out of school.
Oh well enough of this. It's not my business anyway.
So on to today's school day.
Cca today was plain awesome. For warm-ups the instructor led us to the stadium to run 4 rounds around the track, and then sprint up and down the track 200m, and then do frog jump up and down same distance, and then do some ninja thing.
Nice publicity.
And omg my legs became jelly even before the main thing started.
I desperately need stamina. D:
And for tomorrow, my mum told me to do some blood test in a polyclinic which i think is totally not needed.
Damn i got trauma from the previous time i took a blood test in the polyclinic. I don't wanna do any more blood tests after that time.
This is not what i look forward to in weekends. Weekends are supposed to be free of burdens.
Anyway, to conclude this long post, i want to say, take note of your body language especially when the conversation topic is someting controversial. If the person you're talking to is sharp and observant, he can know what you're thinking or guess roughly how you feel about that controversial issue.
Keep calm as always, keep a poker face if possible.
Mum mum mum mah.
Lol.
Ok i am lazy to check any errors in this post. So help me point them out would ya?
Currently hooked on classical Touhou music arranges from TAMusic. Seriously, they are awesome.

("Arranges" are one level higher than "covers")
Very Japanese-oriented, absolutely not Korean-crazy like the crowd out there
Watches Japanese anime
Wants to do, learn and try many, many things, but finds it hard to find the time, commitment, and energy to do all of that
Life is short, and i want mine to be especially so
